Safety & Responsibility

All renters must comply with federal, state, and local laws and safety regulations.
Life jackets and safety equipment must be worn as required by law.
Operating any equipment under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Kings Rentals is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or death resulting from misuse or negligence.

Weather Policy

Rentals may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather (lightning, heavy storms, etc.).
Weather-related cancellations are at the sole discretion of Kings Rentals and may qualify for rescheduling or refund.

Assumption of Risk

By renting from Kings Rentals, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with recreational equipment use. You agree to hold Kings Rentals harmless for any liability, damages, or injury arising from your use of our equipment.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kings Rentals, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your rental use, actions, or violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the rental takes place. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
